Automobile Technicians to provide roadside assistance to customers. The role involves attending vehicle breakdowns, identifying problems, and performing basic repairs to get customers back on the road safely.
Key Responsibilities
Attend roadside assistance calls on time.
Check and identify vehicle problems.
Perform battery jump-starts, tyre changes, and basic mechanical or electrical repairs.
Help customers with vehicle lockout and other emergency situations.
Update job details using the company mobile app.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
Follow company safety guidelines and standard procedures.
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in automobile service or roadside assistance.
Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and troubleshooting.
Valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving Licence (Mandatory).
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones and mobile apps.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
