Job Responsibilities:
Source and generate recent customers for Tractor Loan and Car Loan products.
Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan approval.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain excellent service standards.
Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tractor Finance or Car Finance.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of loan documentation and finance processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
