About the Role

We are looking for a agile, confident, and enthusiastic Business Sales Executive to join our growing event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting corporate clients, securing sponsorships, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, and social media.
Meet corporate clients and present event sponsorship opportunities.
Acquire sponsors for events, exhibitions, dance competitions, and entertainment programs.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate companies and business partners.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate sponsorship and event partnership deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and event execution teams.
Attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Confidence in meeting corporate decision-makers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, or any equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Event Sales, Advertising Sales, or Sponsorship Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
