Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements.
Follow up on customer requests and pending issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist customers with service-related documentation and processes.
Ensure prompt response to customer queries and complaints.
Prepare daily and monthly customer service reports.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest service improvements.




Support the sales and operations teams when required.
Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Client Relations.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a team workplace.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹12,200.00 per month
