We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven ability to convert leads into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead management and client conversions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow up on qualified leads.
Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives for residential projects.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, and channel partners.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for recent project launches.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and client onboarding.




Deliver an exceptional post-sales experience to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with management on pricing strategies, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external distribution partners.
Guide clients on property investments, market trends, home loan options, and legal documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
