Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners and explain Entri's courses and offerings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and sales techniques.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Diploma / Postgraduate
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, EdTech, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday – Work From Office
Saturday – Work From Home
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
