Job Responibilites
To plan, supervise, and control all welding operations within the plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
To allocate work to welders and supporting staff in accordance with their skill levels and production priorities.
To ensure that welding procedures, parameters, and materials conform to approved standards and customer specifications.
To coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth workflow and timely delivery of welded components.
To monitor performance, efficiency, and discipline of welders and helpers working under his supervision and take corrective measures wherever necessary.
To ensure proper upkeep, calibration,



and preventive maintenance of all welding machines, jigs, fixtures, and related tools.
To maintain records of production output, material consumption, rework, and wastage, and report deviations to the Plant Head/Production Manager.
To implement and enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and positive housekeeping practices in the weld shop area.
To train and guide welding staff in advanced welding techniques, defect prevention, and process improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
