Job Title: Food Production Faculty
Department: Academics – Hotel Management
Reports To: Principal / Head of Department

Job Summary

The Food Production Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training in food production and culinary arts. The faculty member will develop students' technical skills, maintain laboratory standards, support academic activities, and prepare students for internships and successful careers in the hospitality industry.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry or as a Food Production Faculty.
Fresh candidates with excellent culinary knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Indian, Continental, Bakery & Confectionery, and International cuisines.
Excellent practical cooking and demonstration skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Classroom management and student mentoring skills.




Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, online teaching tools).
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
