Key Responsibilities
Generate recent customer inquiries and leads
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups
Visit clients and explain machine features
Prepare and share quotations
Negotiate pricing and close orders
Maintain customer relationship and after-sales coordination
Achieve monthly sales targets
Submit daily reporting to management
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams when required
Candidate Requirements
Experience in industrial / machinery / B2B sales preferred
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
Willingness to travel for customer visits
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
Experience Required
Minimum: 1 Year
Preferred: Packaging machine or industrial machinery sales experience
