Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on site, delegating tasks to laborers and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and implement architectural and structural drawings to ensure strict adherence to project specifications
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, masonry) and workmanship to guarantee structural integrity.
Material Management: Track inventory, estimate required raw materials, and oversee the procurement and timely delivery of supplies.
Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA or local equivalent safety protocols (e.g., proper PPE usage, hazard identification, site security
Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, track expenses against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and compile regular project status reports for management.





Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum [X] years of in office experience managing large-scale construction projects.
Technical Software: Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, BIM, or construction management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Primavera P6).
Licensing: Skilled Engineer (PE) license or relevant regional certification preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, transparent communication, and robust conflict management skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
