Requirements:
Minimum 2yrs years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hospitality qualification is an added advantage.
