Job Summary

ABS General Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, data management expertise, and the ability to provide accurate reports and insights to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, analyze, and validate data from various departments.
Generate management reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Create and maintain Excel-based databases and automated reports.
Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
Monitor key business metrics and prepare trend analysis reports.




Maintain records and documentation related to business operations.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data requirements.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Macros preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
