Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing transactions efficiently at The Chennai Mobiles. The role involves handling cash, card payments, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers purchasing mobile phones and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle billing and invoicing for mobile phones, accessories, and related products
Accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital methods
Ensure accuracy in billing and transactions
Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policy
Maintain daily cash balance and prepare end-of-day reports
Assist customers with basic product pricing and offers
Coordinate with sales staff for smooth checkout operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
Follow company procedures for cash handling and security
