We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to connect with customers, generate leads, schedule showroom visits, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on sales inquiries and service reminders.
Schedule showroom visits and test rides.
Explain vehicle models, offers, finance options, and exchange advantages.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/software.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Tamil; basic English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
