Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Pharmacy Executive to join our Medical Store & Clinic. The ideal candidate should have a B.Pharm degree, good computer skills, and the ability to manage pharmacy operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
Handle billing and invoicing for medicines and clinic services.
Process cash, card, and UPI payments accurately.
Maintain medicine inventory, stock records, and expiry tracking.
Update daily sales, billing, and inventory records.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist customers with medicine-related queries in a professional manner.
Ensure proper storage and organization of medicines.
Maintain accurate records using pharmacy software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Requirements
B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) is mandatory.
Experience in a medical store, pharmacy, or clinic is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.




Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer operations.
Knowledge of billing software, POS systems, or pharmacy management software will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work with accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
