Job Title: Procurement Executive – Commercial Interior Projects

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have experience in the Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Projects / Construction Industry.

Applications from manufacturing, retail, FMCG, pharma, automobile, IT, or other non-construction industries will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities
Procure materials for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
Source and develop vendors for interior and construction materials.
Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Stores for material requirements.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery at project sites.
Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
Verify purchase invoices and ensure compliance with approved purchase orders.
Ensure uninterrupted material availability for project execution.





Required Knowledge

Candidates should have knowledge of procurement and suppliers for materials such as:
Plywood, MDF, Laminates, Veneers
Hardware and Fittings
Gypsum Boards and Ceiling Materials
Glass, Aluminium, ACP
Paints, Adhesives, Sealants
Electrical and Plumbing Materials
Flooring Materials (Tiles, Vinyl, Carpet, Wooden Flooring)
Modular Furniture and Interior Finishing Materials

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with procurement experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Interior, Civil Construction, or Design & Build Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
