Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute multiple interior and architectural projects.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and overall progress.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project schedules, reports, and maintain complete project documentation.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Resolve site and project-related issues efficiently.
Ensure successful project completion and conduct post-project evaluations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–8 years of experience in project management within the Interior Design, Architecture, or Fit-Out industry.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to read and understand execution/working drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Willingness to travel for regular site visits.
Preferred Background
Experience in interior fit-out, commercial or residential projects.
Exposure to vendor management and client coordination.
Knowledge of execution planning and quality control processes.
