Job Description
Setting up the Dies & Punches to form and shape sheet metal components based on the material thickness, type and bending force requirement standards.
To load and unload materials to and from the machine and must be able to adjust machine settings to achieve the desired results
Maintain accurate records of production data
Responsible for safe and effective operation of press brake machines
Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements
Inspect all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications
Perform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine
Skills / Requirements
Diploma or Equivalent qualification required
Ability to read, follow and document work instructions, SOPs and training documents
Knowledge of various tooling; Mechanical Aptitude
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kgs bend and stoop
Adherence of safety standards
Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
Must possess minimum 3years experience in CNC Press Brake/Bending Machine
Salary & Perks
Salary – Rs. 22,000/month to Rs. 30,000/month
Regular Employment 9am to 6pm job with 1hr rest intervals
Statutory Annual Bonus, Increments, Overtime & Incentives
Food - Lunch shall be provided
Shared Accommodation shall be provided
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
