Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Candidates residing within 10–15 km of the company location will be preferred.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in manufacturing/industrial accounting and be capable of independently handling accounts and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file statutory returns within due dates.
Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Manage payroll accounting entries and employee reimbursements.
Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.




Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
Experience: 5–8 years in Accounts & Finance.
Industry Experience: Candidates must have worked in manufacturing/industrial companies in their last two organizations.
Age: 30–35 years preferred.
Marital Status: Married candidates preferred.
Residence: Should reside within 10–15 km of the company location.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax).
Experience in manufacturing accounting and inventory accounting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
