About the Role:

WeShine Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with students and helping them choose the right career path.

Training will be provided for selected candidates. Freshers who are willing to learn and build their career in student counseling are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to students
Counsel students based on their interests and requirements
Follow up with prospective students
Maintain admission records and update student details




Support the team in achieving admission goals

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to interact confidently with students and parents
