About the Organization

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal / Head of Department (Nursing) to lead our Nursing College.

Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Nursing Department.
Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and University norms.
Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
Plan and monitor academic schedules, clinical training, and examinations.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, and accreditation processes.
Maintain student discipline, academic quality, and institutional standards.
Strengthen hospital and clinical affiliations for student training.
Prepare reports and documentation required by regulatory authorities.

Eligibility
Qualification: M.Sc.



Nursing (Ph.D. Nursing Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching and administrative experience in a recognized Nursing College.
Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Positive knowledge of INC and State Nursing Council regulations.

Preferred Candidate
Experience handling inspections by INC/University.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage academics, administration, and compliance effectively.
