Job Summary
Sign Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Assist guests with seating and provide information about the menu and restaurant services.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized,
and welcoming reception area.
Support reservation management and special guest requests.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality qualification is an advantage).
0–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
