Candidate with minimum 10 year experience in similar role preferred.
Additional knowledge of French language will be considered as an advantage.
Serves as the primary bridge between the medical facility and the public
Manage the institution's reputation, coordinate patient grievances, and oversee external communications to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for patients, families, and the community.
Financial details about over all treatment expenses, surgery/procedure charges, room tariffs, packages (inclusions and exclusions) based on the details provided by the admitting consultant and as per hospital billing rules and tariff structure
Provide patients and other departments of the hospital with necessary billing information
Guide patients/guests to respective Out-patient departments (OPDs), pharmacy and other ancillary departments.
Effectively coordinates promotional campaigns and events in house and outside the hospital.
To collect feedback form duly filled from discharged patients.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
