Job responsibilities

Understanding the client’s needs and expectations to perform a –
Understanding client needs.
Handling pre-onboarding, onboarding, and induction.
Managing attendance and leave systems.
Ensuring policy adherence and timely communications.
Maintaining employee records and performance management.
Overseeing payroll inputs.
Serving as the primary contact for employees.
Addressing employee grievances and managing the exit process.
