About the job

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Digital Account Manager to manage end-to-end digital accounts, ensure smooth campaign execution, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and a positive understanding of digital marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Understand client goals and translate them into transparent briefs for internal teams
Coordinate with paid media, content, design, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery
Manage digital campaigns across platforms such as social media, paid media, and performance marketing




Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates and reports with clients
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and SLAs
Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital services
Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and account records

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in digital account management or client servicing (agency experience preferred)
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, Influencer Marketing)
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Preferred Skills
Experience working with digital marketing agencies
Problem-solving mindset with solid attention to detail
