Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update baseline, master, and recovery project schedules.
Monitor project progress against planned milestones and timelines.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS.
Track manpower, procurement, and material delivery schedules.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and resource utilisation.
Assist in identifying project risks and support timely resolution.
Maintain project documentation, reports, RFIs, site instructions, and project records.
Coordinate project closeout documentation and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with project procedures and documentation standards.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or M.E./M.Tech (Civil).
3–7 years of experience in construction planning/project monitoring.
Robust knowledge of MS Project and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience in project scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring, and reporting
Pay: ₹13,125.53 - ₹47,244.75 per month
