Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the courier and transportation sector. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of logistics operations, client acquisition, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in courier, freight, and transportation services
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
Develop customized logistics solutions based on client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field




0–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in logistics/courier industry)
Solid understanding of transportation, last-mile delivery, and supply chain processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales within courier, e-commerce logistics, or freight forwarding
Knowledge of regional transportation networks and pricing models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
