Infozech is seeking an experienced Tower & Telecom Domain SME to work onsite at a customer location as a Program / Account Manager. The role combines domain expertise, delivery ownership, and customer relationship management to ensure successful program execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program delivery for assigned customer account(s)
Act as primary SPOC for the customer on delivery, planning, and escalations
Manage governance, reviews, risks, and SLAs
Provide tower/telco domain expertise across tenancy, lease, O&M;, billing, and reconciliation
Translate business needs into functional requirements for Infozech solutions
Coordinate with internal product, engineering, QA, and support teams
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
Identify prospects for account growth and solution expansion
Required Skills & Experience
10–15 years experience in Tower / Telecom domain
Robust understanding of tower lifecycle and telecom operations
Experience in Program / Account Management roles
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently at customer location
Exposure to OSS/BSS or tower management systems preferred
Qualifications
Engineering / Management degree preferred
Prior experience as SME, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or Account Manager
