Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Create and post job openings on portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Build a solid talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Solid knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
Good understanding of HR policies and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Solid organizational and time management skills.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
Experience in apparel, garment manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
