Manage the overall operations and administration of the IVF center.
Ensure seamless coordination between fertility consultants, embryologists, nursing staff, counsellors, and front office teams.
Drive patient acquisition, conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
Monitor daily OPD/IPD operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
Achieve monthly revenue, operational, and business development targets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with NABH, ART Act, PCPNDT, and other applicable healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
Handle patient grievances and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with the management team on budgeting, MIS reporting, inventory, and vendor management.




Build relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
