Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Pass the Salt, Kala Ghoda
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm first impression
Handle waitlists and optimize table allocation
Coordinate with the service team for smooth guest flow
Respond to guest queries and help resolve concerns professionally
Maintain reservation records and guest preferences
Experience: 1–3 years in restaurants, hospitality, or guest relations
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + service charge (based on experience)
