Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on SAP PP & QM configuration experience.
Robust knowledge of manufacturing and quality management business processes.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
Valuable understanding of integration with MM, SD, PM, PS and FI/CO.
Experience in writing Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinating with ABAP developers.
Knowledge of interfaces, IDocs, batch management, and engineering change management is an advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and user support.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP PP and/or QM Certification is preferred.
Experience in Cement / Manufacturing preferred.

Preferred Project Experience
Minimum one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
Experience in support, rollout, and enhancement projects.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects is desirable.
