The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of rooftop solar systems, commercial and industrial solar projects, and government solar tenders.

Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
Build strong relationships with customers, architects, consultants, builders, industries, and government agencies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Present solar energy solutions and explain their technical and financial perks.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
Ensure timely conversion of leads into successful sales.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Solar industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
