We are hiring a Production Engineer with experience in manufacturing and fabrication to support daily production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
Monitor productivity, quality, and production targets.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
Support fabrication, welding, assembly, and installation activities.
Implement process improvements, root cause analysis, and KAIZEN initiatives.
Maintain production records and ISO documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and other departments.
Inspect finished products before QA handover.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and production procedures.

Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Plastic Technology or BE Mechanical.




4–7 years of production experience in a manufacturing workplace.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, assembly, and production processes.
Experience with shop floor management and manpower supervision.
Familiarity with Lathe, Milling, and Drilling machines.
Understanding of quality systems and production documentation.

Preferred Background

Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, Structural Fabrication, Material Handling Equipment, Conveyors, Cranes, Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing, or similar industries.

Not Preferred: Candidates with experience limited to automobile vehicle assembly.
