. Responsible for handling HVAC Sites for the execution as per bar chart.

. Must have past experience of 7 to 10 years in HVAC

· Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ.

· Valuable working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc.

· Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors.

· Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Duct able unit etc. ,

· Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites.

· Anchoring in office construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS. Office.

· Submission of MIS Reports.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
