Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, banking activities, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, Microsoft Excel, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
Prepare invoices and maintain proper financial documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage banking transactions, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online banking.
Coordinate with banks for KYC updates, account documentation, address changes, and other banking formalities.
Maintain organized records of all accounting and banking transactions.
Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
Assist in internal and statutory audits.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Tally.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
Knowledge of banking operations, including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online banking.
Positive analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
