Job Title: Aptitude Trainer

Job Description:
Adithya Institution is looking for an experienced Aptitude Trainer to train students for placement readiness through structured aptitude and reasoning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
Conduct mock tests, interview preparation, and group discussions
Prepare training materials and evaluate student progress
Mentor students for campus recruitment success

Required Skills:
Solid aptitude and reasoning knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Placement training experience
Student mentoring ability
Organizational and time management skills
MS Office proficiency

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or any relevant field
Prior experience in aptitude or placement training preferred
