Job Description: Business Unit Manager (Paints and Coatings) - Mumbai Job Responsibility Product Line Expansion: o Drive the launch and integration of recent product lines into the our portfolio with a focus on market needs. o Develop go-to-market strategies to enhance visibility and market penetration. Product Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: o Gain expertise on recent and existing products, including applications, raw materials, and competitive perks. o Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams and clients with product knowledge. Customer Relationship Management: o Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. o Address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure consistent follow-ups for client satisfaction. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: o Perform market analysis to identify trends, growth areas, and competitive positioning. o Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead and mentor the sales team, promoting skill growth and teamwork. o Drive team performance to achieve strategic goals and maintain high standards of productivity.



Sales Strategy and Business Development: o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional activities to boost brand presence.

Strong technical knowledge of formulation and application aspects related to paints & coatings additives Gender: Open Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Paints & Coatings Chemicals with a proven track record in product management, technical sales, or business leadership Job Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai Working Days: 5 days Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Qualification: BSC/Btech in Chemicals Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
