Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Collections: Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to negotiate full payment or structured payment plans on delinquent accounts.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full adherence to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CFPB Regulation F (Reg F) on every call.
Consumer Communication: Deliver transparent, qualified, and empathetic communication while upholding firm standards for debt recovery.
Call Rules & Cadence Management: Comply strictly with Reg F call frequency caps (e.g., maximum 7 contact attempts within 7 consecutive days per debt) and mini-Miranda disclosures.
Consent & Consent Revocation: Identify and log consumer consent preferences under TCPA (right-to-call limits, auto-dialer rules, and immediate honoring of cease-and-desist or opt-out requests).
Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain accurate, real-time call disposition logs, consumer dispute notes, and payment arrangements in the Collection Management System (CMS).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience in US Third-Party or First-Party Debt Collection (Voice Process).
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of FDCPA, TCPA, and CFPB Regulation F guidelines.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with neutral/transparent accent and strong active listening.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle objections, de-escalate sensitive calls, and close payment arrangements effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CRM/Dialer platforms (Vicidial, Five9, LiveVox, or similar) and standard office software.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience handling healthcare, credit card, or personal loan collections.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly recovery targets and quality assurance compliance scores.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
