Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Real Estate SEO
Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on high-intent property terms (e.g., "3 BHK flats in Satellite," "Commercial shops near SG Highway").
Develop and execute project-specific SEO roadmaps to coincide with current property launches and RERA approvals.
Monitor competitor movements in the Ahmedabad real estate space (local developers and aggregators like Magic Bricks/99acres).
Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP)
Manage and optimize multiple Google Business Profiles for different project sites to dominate the "Local Map Pack."
Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all local real estate directories and citations.
Drive and manage organic reviews from existing property buyers to build brand trust.
Technical & On-Page Optimization
Audit website performance specifically for mobile users (crucial for property browsing).
Implement Schema Markup (RealEstateListing, Breadcrumbs, and LocalBusiness) to enhance SERP visibility.
Optimize landing pages for Lead Generation, ensuring high conversion rates from organic traffic.




Content & Off-Page Strategy
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs on Ahmedabad’s real estate trends, investment guides, and locality reviews.
Execute "White-Hat" link-building by reaching out to local news portals, architecture blogs, and property forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of core SEO experience, preferably with at least 1 year in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Local Expertise: Robust understanding of Ahmedabad's geography and real estate micro-markets.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex SEO data into "leads and conversions" reports for senior management.
Education: MBA (Marketing/IB) or a related degree is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
