Key Result Areas (KRAs) – Sales Coordinator1. Sales Order Management
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and delivery.
Quotation & Proposal Management
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documentation within the defined turnaround time.
Ensure accuracy in pricing, specifications, and commercial terms.
Customer Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, and follow-ups.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication.
Sales Team Support
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Schedule meetings, maintain sales calendars, and assist in achieving sales targets.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and order details in the CRM/ERP system.
Ensure timely updates of customer interactions and sales activities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Logistics, Finance, and Stores teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.




Resolve order-related issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, order status reports, and management dashboards.
Track sales performance and provide timely updates to management.
Payment & Collection Follow-Up
Coordinate with customers and the finance team for payment follow-ups.
Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in improving collection efficiency.
Customer Complaint Resolution
Record, track, and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints.
Ensure timely closure of issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Process Compliance & Documentation
Maintain complete documentation of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and documentation standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
