Job Description:
The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans,
and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining professionalism and customer service standards. The role requires solid communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
