Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients and attendants on estimated treatment costs, payment options, insurance coverage, and financial policies.
Prepare, review, and process inpatient (IP) bills accurately and timely.
Coordinate with clinical departments, insurance/TPA teams, and patients for billing-related requirements.
Verify patient demographics, insurance details, approvals, and billing documentation.
Ensure accurate charging of services, procedures, medications, and consumables.
Facilitate cashless authorization, claim submissions, and discharge billing processes.
Resolve billing queries, discrepancies, and patient concerns professionally.
Generate billing reports and maintain accurate financial records in the hospital information system.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience in hospital billing, insurance coordination, or patient financial services preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, TPAs, and insurance claims.

Skills:
Robust numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), MS Excel, and billing software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
