Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and admissions.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain student records and admission data.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Requirements
Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, or Sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
