Prime Rishta Matchmaking Services is hiring a Customer Service Executive for night shift operations in Mohali.
Responsibilities:
Conduct welcome calls with newly registered clients
Manage client profiles and ensure profile accuracy
Coordinate and support the matchmaking process
Follow up with clients regarding match feedback
Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance
Maintain excellent customer relationships and satisfaction
Update CRM and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Punjabi
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Positive listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Positive, patient, and skilled attitude
Experience:
1–3 years preferred in International Process, customer support, client servicing, relationship management, or tele calling.
