Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate service and kitchen staff during shifts.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for effective order preparation and delivery.
Manage table reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.
Train current employees on service standards and company policies.
Support sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and dining areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
