Job Summary

The Field Assistant is responsible for supporting field operations, coordinating site activities, collecting and maintaining field records, assisting in inspections, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks. The role requires regular field visits, coordination with stakeholders, and timely reporting of field activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day field operations and project activities.
Conduct regular site visits and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Collect, verify, and maintain field-related data and documents.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and local authorities as required.
Support site inspections, surveys, and project monitoring activities.
Ensure proper documentation of work progress and field reports.
Follow up on pending field activities and maintain status records.
Assist in material verification and inventory tracking at sites.
Report site issues, delays, and challenges to the concerned authority.




Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures.
Maintain daily activity reports and submit them on time.
Perform any other field-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work in field conditions.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and mobile applications.
Solid documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Educational Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate (Any Discipline)
Diploma holders may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
