Business Development Executive
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the construction, MEP, and Stack Parking and Fir fighting
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Visit project sites and meet prospective clients to understand project requirements.
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and government/private construction prospects.
Coordinate with the estimation, tendering, and technical teams for preparing quotations and proposals.
Prepare presentations, company profiles, and capability statements for clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract finalization.
Maintain a database of clients, leads, and ongoing project opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.




Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or diploma holder, Mechanical, Electrical, production, automobile Engineering or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the construction, MEP industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
