About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support our US-based client by managing day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Sage Accounting Software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities and branches.
Assist with monthly financial close activities.
Work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate and oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and billing processes.
Ensure seamless coordination between accounting and payroll functions.
Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations using Sage Accounting Software.
Support billing activities and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Sage Accounting Software is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing, and General Ledger.
Experience with month-end closing activities.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as a Senior Accountant.
Experience managing accounting for multiple entities or business units.
Exposure to healthcare or home care accounting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
