We are looking for a skilled, hard-working individual to maintain and transform a 75-cent hilly estate in Munnar. The property has approximately 100 trees (including fruit trees), currently overgrown, and requires regular upkeep, pearl grass installation, and basic landscaping work.
Accommodation: In office housing provided.

Key Responsibilities
Transparent and manage 75-cent hilly property
Plant and maintain pearl grass in designated areas as per the owner’s plan
Prune, water, and fertilise approximately 100 trees, with special care for fruit trees (mango, mangosteen, etc.)
Carry out basic landscaping on hilly and uneven terrain
Maintain cleanliness of pathways, garden beds, and common areas
Monitor plant health and report issues such as pest infestations or disease
Assist with seasonal planting and general horticultural tasks
Co-ordinate with the Site Supervisor on day-to-day priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening, horticulture, or estate maintenance
Hands-on knowledge of local Kerala plant varieties and hill-terrain conditions
Experience with grass installation (pearl grass or similar ground covers)
Familiarity with fruit tree care including pruning, fertilising, harvesting
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors on steep or uneven ground
Basic understanding of water management and irrigation
Formal education in horticulture or agriculture is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
